DPM 2007 and Bandwidth Throttling

If you’ve tried to throttle bandwidth consumption in your DPM implementation, but it just doesn’t listen to you, try enabling QoS. That’s the advice I’d received elsewhere, but that not enough information. At first, I just enabled the QoS Packet Scheduler on each of the NICs, but still DPM would exceed my limits. For throttling to work, you also have to enable QoS in each of the LAN card’s properties, too.
