The first step to getting you remoted-in to your work computer remotely is to have you generate a QR code, then send us the key that is paired with the QR code. 

If you want to use Google Authenticator:

  1. Using your smartphone, search your app store for and download “Google Authenticator” then set your phone aside.
  2. Using a computer (not your smartphone), go to this page to generate a QR code that is specific to your account.
  3. In step 3 on that page, choose “Internal”
  4. Copy the key which starts with “goog:”
  5. Please paste that key in your reply to the message we sent you (that had a link to the page your reading now) and we’ll create your account and send you another email with your ConnectWise Control credentials.

If you want to use Microsoft Authenticator:

  1. Using your smartphone, search your app store for and download “Microsoft Authenticator” then set your phone aside.
  2. Go to this page to generate a QR code that is specific to your account.
  3. In step 3 on that page, choose “Internal”
  4. Copy the key which starts with “ms:”
  5. Please paste that key in your reply to the message we sent you (that had a link to the page your reading now) and we’ll create your account and send you another email with your ConnectWise Control credentials.
