NAMI, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization, needed its CIO needed to focus on his vision for technology in NAMI’s future which didn’t leave time for day-to-day network administration tasks including managing its on-prem servers, backup system, Azure cloud services, Office 365, patch management, network security, and so on.

NAMI hired Work Consultants to manage their enterprise-level IT while their existing on-site desktop support team continues their good work. Bonus: we’re mentoring the desktop support staff!

Now everyone is happy; NAMI’s CEO has freed-up his time for what he likes to do, their desktop support team is backstopped by higher-tier support, and we’re doing what we love to do for an organization doing amazing work itself.
